財政部金融機構資料申報系統(CRS申報系統)為金融機構執行共同申報及盡職審查(CRS)相關規定後，電子申報稅務用途金融帳戶資訊使用之系統，該系統供申報金融機構及其代理申報機構(人)執行功能包括：帳號註冊；CRS XML檔案之製作、檢核、電子簽章與加密、上傳及申報，並提供XML檔案格式、XML Schema、錯誤代碼表及XML申報檔案範本供使用者參考。
The CRS Financial Institution Portal (“CRS Portal”) is provided by the Ministry of Finance of R.O.C. (Taiwan) for Electronic Reporting the Financial Account Information in Tax Matters by Financial Institutions after they perform due diligence procedures in accordance with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). This CRS Portal provides various functions for financial institutions and their agency (agent), such as user-account registration, as well as the creation, verification, digital signature and encryption, uploading, and reporting of the CRS XML file. In addition, this Portal also provides CRS XML data elements and types, XML Schema, error codes and samples of XML files for the users' reference.
